His approach is warm, collaborative, and gently structured. He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with teens and adults, and play-based strategies with younger children to help them process emotions in developmentally appropriate ways. Sessions are focused on helping clients grow in self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall wellness. Curtis supports clients dealing with anxiety, emotional outbursts, low self-esteem, school pressure, and peer or family conflict. He also works with young athletes and artists, particularly those managing high performance and identity development. He is currently accepting new clients for in-person and virtual sessions, working with males ages 5 and up and women ages 18and up.</image:caption>
